📦 30-Day Return Policy

We offer 30-day returns from the delivery date. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging required (except for damaged/incorrect items)
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days

Note: Holiday bundles, promotional items, and final sale products are not eligible for refunds (store credit only)

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email: support@dogegis.com with: Order number/Reason for return/Photos (if damaged/incorrect item)
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24 hours
  3. Ship Item Back: Use provided return address (do not ship to original sender)

🔍 Common Return Scenarios

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of: Damaged product/Packaging with visible labels
  • We'll ship a replacement immediately

❌ Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of: Item received/Packaging labels
  • We'll send correct item or issue refund

📏 Wrong Size/Color Selected

For size/color exchanges:

  • Contact us within 14 days
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Refund or exchange processed within 2 business days after receipt

💸 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Shipping fees non-refundable (except for our errors)

  • Address Errors: We're not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses
  • Processing Time: Allow 1-4 business days for return processing
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used or washed products/Items without original packaging/Final sale items
