📦 30-Day Return Policy
We offer 30-day returns from the delivery date. To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging required (except for damaged/incorrect items)
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days
Note: Holiday bundles, promotional items, and final sale products are not eligible for refunds (store credit only)
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Support: Email: support@dogegis.com with: Order number/Reason for return/Photos (if damaged/incorrect item)
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24 hours
- Ship Item Back: Use the provided return address (do not ship to the original sender)
🔍 Common Return Scenarios
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of: Damaged product/Packaging with visible labels
- We'll ship a replacement immediately
❌ Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of: Item received/Packaging labels
- We'll send the correct item or issue a refund
📏 Wrong Size/Color Selected
For size/color exchanges:
- Contact us within 14 days
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund or exchange processed within 2 business days after receipt
💸 Refund Process
- Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees non-refundable (except for our errors)

- Address Errors: We're not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses
