How long does it take for my order to ship out?

Please allow up to 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This is our way to make sure your item has gone through a detailed quality check processed before being shipped out.

Once it has been shipped, you will be notified via email with your tracking information.

Also note that during holiday periods, shipping couriers can face unexpected delays that may go above our regular expected delivery times.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we've included a nifty order tracker, where you'll be able to track your package from the moment it ships until it arrives at your doorstep.

What is Priority Processing?

We offer a shipping option (Priority Processing) that will let you skip ahead of the line and shorten your processing time, as well as provide insurance for the full retail amount of your package in case it gets stolen or lost in transit.

What is the estimated delivery time after my order ships?

Canada 7-12 Business Days

UK 5-10 Business Days

Australia 5-12 Business Days

EU 7-15 Business Days

Mexico 7-15 Business Days

All Other Countries

Please allow a time frame of 8-15 Business Days to receive your order once it has been shipped. Depending on your location, you may receive items much earlier.

My item shows delivered, but I never received it?

We apologize for the inconvenience. This can happen on occasion, and we would recommend the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbor or flatmate if they may have picked up your item.

2. If there is a similar address nearby, it might have been delivered there by mistake.

3. Check with your local post-office and ask them about your package.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours from when your order was placed at support@dogegis.com

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed.
